I am a Senior Product Manager for Rivet Health.

In that capacity, I lead two products:

Revenue Diagnostics: A financial cockpit for hospital/practice CFOs. We demystify healthcare finance and make it easy to understand how the business is doing and where areas for improvement lie. I built this product from zero to one.

Claim Resolution: Software that enables hospitals/practices to recover denied claims in record time.

In layman’s terms, this means helping hospital administrators appeal claims (bills) that were denied by insurance companies so doctors can get paid for their work and patients aren’t stuck with medical bills they shouldn’t have to pay.
